    Zoe R. Swartz, MAI graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.S. in Applied Mathematics in 2008 and started work at local appraisal firm, Duncan & Brown Real Estate Analysts, shortly after. Zoe worked for Duncan and Brown through 2020 and has experience with a wide variety of property types but specializes in appraisals involving multi-family properties, development land, subdivisions, and special purpose properties. Having lived in Eugene most of her life, Zoe is very involved in the community, currently serving as the Secretary on the board for Sponsors and the President of the Eugene Active 20-30 Foundation. Zoe is also a past President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer for the Zonta Club of Eugene-Springfield, former Editor of the Greater Oregon Chapter of the Appraisal Institute newsletter, and has also participated in the Active 20-30 Club, BNI, Business Networking International, and other local organizations. She volunteers her time to speak on a variety of topics to local professional groups and organizations. Zoe has been a designated member of the Appraisal Institute since 2014.

    Clint has practiced real estate appraisal in both the private and public sectors since 1994. Clint’s career began in appraising single-family residential properties for a private firm in Eugene for over 5 years, which was followed by over 5 years of public service as a commercial and residential appraiser with the Lane County Department of Assessment and Taxation. Clint was employed with Duncan & Brown, Real Estate Analysist from 2006 to 2020 and specialized in appraising a wide variety of commercial, industrial and special purpose property types. His current focus is specializing in the appraisal of all types of industrial properties, self-storage, manufactured home and RV parks, offices, retail, agricultural and special purpose properties, as well and condemnation and takings. Clint has been a designated member of the Appraisal Institute since 2013.

    Leah Callahan applies over two decades of comprehensive experience to commercial real estate appraisals for financing, acquisition and disposition, new construction, adaptive reuse, tax appeals, equitable distribution, estate planning, and donations. With Viewpoint Appraisals, Leah focuses on commercial and rural real estate in smaller communities, aiming to make the appraisal and review processes more accessible and transparent for her clients. Leah’s expertise covers a wide range of non- residential property types, including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, institutional, land, and special purpose properties. Leah’s journey in the appraisal profession began at Duncan & Brown in Eugene, where she worked from 2002 to 2017. Before reuniting with long-time colleagues Clint and Zoe, Leah honed her skills in appraisal review, compliance, risk management, training, and team leadership as a CRE appraisal reviewer and later Chief Appraiser for Columbia Bank.

    A proud alumna of the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business, Leah holds a B.S. in Business Administration. She earned the MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. In addition to her professional endeavors, Leah deeply enjoys supporting her family and community.
